Fragola 8000 Series Push-Lite Race Hose Ends may look like simple devices, but Fragola takes them very seriously. They have spent several years researching, testing, and retesting to perfect what they feel is the finest hose end available.

Tech Tip: To ease the installation of any push-on hose end, first dip the end of the hose in boiling water to soften it slightly (a heat gun also works well). Clamp the hose end in a vise and oil the barb with Fragola Assembly Lube. Make sure you push the hose over the barbs in one smooth movement.

Fragola 8000 Series Push-Lite Race Hose Ends Feature:

  • Unique one piece design that eliminates two brazed joints, which minimizes potential leakage, and improves flow as well as appearance.
  • The correct A-N specified "J-Thread" for ease of installation and trouble free re-use.
  • Lightweight polymer cap provides positive stop for hose installation, and covers the cut end of the hose.
  • Hose barb dimensions per the S.A.E. standards.
  • All Fragola Push-Lite hose ends are manufactured from aerospace quality aluminum and machined to mil-spec tolerances.
  • Each fitting is then subject to a bright dip anodizing for a show quality finish.
  • Tapered nipple provides for easy alignment and installation.
  • For high heat or higher pressure applications, Fragola recommends using their Push Lock Clamps and Hi-Temp Push-Lite caps.

Please note: Many people over tighten the aluminum fitting on the adapter, which distorts the 37 degree seat and may cause a leak. Both the threads and the seat surface should have a drop or two of oil to smooth the tightening process. Please reference the chart below for maximum torque specifications. Another method of tightening is to bring the nut to "hand tight" and then rotate it another 1/4 turn with the proper wrench.
